These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dunnage Systems Inc. website and online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website immediately.
Dunnage Systems Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Eligibility
By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and are purchasing products for lawful business or personal use. Our products are intended primarily for commercial freight, logistics, and industrial applications.
2. Account Registration
To place an order or access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Dunnage Systems Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Dunnage Systems Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if a violation of these terms is identified.
3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice.
Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed. Dunnage Systems Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.
Bulk and pallet orders are priced per pallet as listed on the product page. E-Track Ratchet Straps are priced per individual strap and sold in packs of 20 at checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Dunnage Systems Inc.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Dunnage Systems Inc. to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.
Dunnage Systems Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale without prior authorization, orders with suspected fraudulent activity, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to product availability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to carrier availability and destination.
Dunnage Systems Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For freight shipments, it is your responsibility to inspect all packages upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so may affect your ability to file a freight claim.
6. Returns and Warranty
All products sold by Dunnage Systems Inc. are covered by a 30-day product warranty from the date of invoice. Products that fail to perform in accordance with their applicable specifications within the warranty period will be replaced or credited at the sole discretion of Dunnage Systems Inc., provided proper written notice is given within the warranty period.
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery for unused, unopened, and resalable products with prior authorization from Dunnage Systems Inc. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Dunnage Systems Inc.
Defective or damaged products must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery and may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of Dunnage Systems Inc. Custom, special-order, and used products are non-returnable unless determined by Dunnage Systems Inc. to be defective.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns due to overstocking or customer ordering error are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any freight charges incurred by Dunnage Systems Inc. Non-stock and specialty items may not be eligible for return.

7. Freight Claims
All freight claims for loss or damage must be reported to Dunnage Systems Inc. customer service no later than the next business day after receipt of shipment. After this period, all claims must be made directly with the freight carrier. Dunnage Systems Inc. will not be held liable for freight losses or damages that are not reported within this timeframe.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Dunnage Systems Inc. website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and data, is the property of Dunnage Systems Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Dunnage Systems Inc.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dunnage Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, cargo damage, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dunnage Systems Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration may be conducted remotely.
Nothing in this section prevents Dunnage Systems Inc from pursuing legal action to collect unpaid amounts, protect its intellectual property, or seek injunctive relief. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
