The DSI Airline Dunnage Airbag Inflator is designed for freight operations with a consistent compressed air supply at every dock door. Connected directly to your facility air line, the inflator delivers a controlled and continuous airflow that brings dunnage airbags to their rated operating pressure quickly, accurately, and repeatedly across high-volume loading operations. The venturi barrel design increases airflow efficiency, reducing fill time per bag and keeping dock loading schedules on track. Lightweight, durable, and straightforward to operate, the DSI Airline Inflator is the preferred tool for distribution centers, warehouses, and freight terminals where compressed air is always available.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Free standard shipping is available on orders that meet the minimum order value. Shipping costs for orders below the minimum threshold will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Pallet shipments are dispatched via freight carrier to your dock or facility address. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier delivery receipt before signing. Freight damage claims must be reported to Dunnage Systems Inc. no later than the next business day after receipt at support@dunnagesystems.com.

Return and Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of invoice. Products that fail to perform within their stated specifications will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Dunnage Systems Inc., provided written notice is submitted within the warranty period. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition. Returns due to ordering errors or overstocking are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
